Mark Kiperstin practices in the areas of real estate, environmental, and general business law.

Mr. Kiperstin has extensive experience working with small business and property owners on environmental compliance, regulation, and litigation, including evaluating environmental risk and assessing liability for contaminated properties, working with a network of environmental consultants on remediation alternatives, and developing strategies for cost allocation and insurance recovery.  In addition, he has negotiated numerous favorable settlements for clients involved in multi-party Superfund litigation.

Prior to joining Parker Rosen LLC, Mr. Kiperstin was in private practice as a solo practitioner.  From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Kiperstin served as in-house counsel for a metal recycling firm, handling contract, employment, and environmental matters.
