Dan Lovejoy practices labor and employment law and business litigation. Mr. Lovejoy's experience includes litigating cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, leave rights, and wage and hour disputes. He also provides human resources advice and counsel including issues arising under federal and state wage laws, the FMLA, and the ADA.
Mr. Lovejoy joined Parker Rosen LLC after working at Faegre & Benson LLP in Minneapolis, where he represented Minnesota and national companies in employment matters. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Lovejoy served for one year as a law clerk to the Hon. Douglas H. Ginsburg, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
